This report provides insights into customer behavior patterns, which can inform business strategies.
My Business Insight: From this report, I found that membership holders who have more than 5 years spend less compared to short-term holders. so I feel if we give some special offers to long-term subscribers it will increase their spending and frequency of purchase also it may motivate short-term subscribers to upgrade to a higher period of short-term membership.
